All data is stored securely using Supabase with Row Level Security enabled. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Email cartonite.in@gmail.com with your order code and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup and process your refund within 5-7 business days after receiving the item.

Delivery Timeline

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid online orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional ₹45 handling charge.
